There's really no action or recourse - fill out an online form and WAIT 30 DAYS and HOPE someday you might be allowed to use it again? (And apparently, most people are denied). Same thing happened to me! After a year of usage, and just accessing into my home media computer in my basement, TeamViewer suddenly says, without warning or explanation, that I'm a "commerical user", and disables itself. ![]()
